They provide qualified seafarers to a number of reputable international Principals.In 2009 they asked me to assist them develop a quality management system in order to achieve certification to 9001:2008 and thereby assure their Principals of their competence to regularly supply a service which more than met their expectations. All staff regularly turned up for the seminars and training and showed a keen interest in the development of the Quality manual and work instructions which, because of their genuine interest, and the fact that they already had an effective system, made it a relatively simple task for me. They sailed successfully through the initial certification audit and have since maintained a high standard enabling the certification body to re-certificate them every 3 years with the minimum of fuss.
