CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE ASSISTANCE
We provide assistance in training, certification, and license upgrades of Filipino seafarers attended to by an efficient team of Operations personnel.
Prior deployment, we make certain that our highly skilled seafarers are familiar with the ship owner’s company policies and are properly documented (complete trainings, duly signed and processed POEA employment contracts, and ship owners’ MLC forms) so that they will have a successful contract onboard. A successful contract would not only mean that the seafarers meet ship owner’s expectations with regards to their work ethics and performance onboard but they will be re-hired by the ship owners in their fleet.
